Where are your products manufactured?
Old Sun Knits' products are made in Whitefish, Montana.

How are your products made?
All knit products are either hand-knit or made on a manual knitting machine. Each item is knit individually, then sewn together and finished by hand. All pom-poms are handmade as well.

Will the product I purchase look exactly like the picture on the website?
Each item is handmade individually, so slight variations are normal. Colors may also appear a bit different on your screen than in person.

What are your shipping times?
In-stock items usually ship within 3 days. Out-of-stock items typically ship within 1–2 weeks of your order date. Larger orders may take longer, and some times of year are busier than others. If you have a deadline, just let us know — we'll always do our best to get your items to you on time.

What shipping method do you use?
We ship via USPS First Class Mail by default, and use other methods when it's cost-effective. If you'd prefer a different shipping method, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

What is your return policy?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you do custom work?

Do you offer an extra-large size?
Yes — extra-large hats have a base upcharge of $2.00, and additional charges may apply depending on the item. Contact us for details.
